Experience. With a combined experience of 30+ years, and a vast network of knowledge among other independent SCEs, we are equipped to help even the most complex clients. Aside from Support Coordination, we have experience working as a job coach, day program manager, activity program manager, supported employment director, school-age student coordinator, respite-care worker, and registered nurse. This experience provides us with a great understanding and empathy for our clients' every need.

Networks. With our experience comes great relationships with a majority of providers in the state. We do our best to assist our clients to obtain the best placements possible for their needs. If we don't know the answer, we will find it! Additionally, we pride ourselves on being members of ISCA (Independent Support Coordinator Association),
providing our clients with better service and quality of life.

Availability. We pride ourselves on being available for our clients. We know real people don't just have questions or need help during workday hours and as such, we strive to be as available as possible for the needs of our clients. Additionally, we accept clients throughout the entire state of Utah.

Empathy. We take pride in what we do! We truly care for each one of our clients. When a client is having an issue, we do not rest until it is resolved. Making every effort to keep our clients happy, safe, and progressing is our goal.
